Method of Payment
Payment can be made at the automatic checkout by debit or credit card.
Delivery
Prices do not include delivery, there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of postage, packing and insurance during transit.

UK delivery for small items will be by Royal Mail. This includes insurance for loss or damage during transit, the charge ranges from £4 - £10 depending on the value of the order and will be added at the checkout.

All orders are processed daily and will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email on the day of dispatch if you have provided an email address.

Returns & Refunds
In accordance with the ‘online and distance selling’ regulations you can change your mind and return items up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund.
If the goods are mis described or damaged a full refund will made including return postage.

If the goods are returned due to a ‘change of mind’ they must be returned in the condition they were dispatched. The cost of both the original and return postage will be borne by the purchaser.

Once we have received the item(s) and have established that they are in perfect condition we will issue you a refund using the method of original payment. You will be notified by email when the payment has been processed.

If you wish to cancel your order and notify us be email at bellantiquesbridport@gmail.com prior to the goods being dispatched a full refund can be made.
